The Group is also involved in property development via its maiden property development project in Gohtong Jaya, Vista Residences @ Genting Highlands. Vista Residences was launched in 2016 and sits on a plot of 1.4 acre land with a gross development value of approximately (“GDV”) RM300 million and is scheduled to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2018. The other upcoming project is a piece of land measuring approximately 8.7 acres adjacent to the Monterez Golf & Country Club, Shah Alam. The said project bears an estimated GDV of approximately RM300 million and is scheduled to be launched in 2019.

Kerjaya does not intend to embark on any further land banking exercise and intends to focus purely on building construction as the mainstay of the Group.
